We can continue to offer servicing, repairs, parts sales and MOTs. Should you wish to make a booking or amend a booking please contact our aftersales team here. If you already have an appointment booked during this period we are pleased to confirm that it will go ahead as scheduled.
We have also adapted our premises to meet all government guidelines on social distancing and sanitisation with some additional measures in place to ensure the utmost safety of our customers and staff.
You must wear a face covering when visiting one of our premises. Our dealer staff reserve the right to refuse entry to a dealership to anyone not wearing a face covering. We will follow the government advice on persons who are exempted from wearing a face covering on medical or occupational grounds
On arrival there will be hand sanitisers, social distancing markers and where appropriate a touch free environment to ensure a safe visit. All surfaces, keys and cars will be cleaned regularly to ensure customers are in a safe and sanitised environment.
We have installed protective screens at all customer facing desks to ensure maximum protection for our staff and customers.
There is an appointment booking process in place and we ask that all customers only visit us with a pre-arranged appointment.
